WHAT ARE THE HUMAN RESOURCES?
Human resources are the first strategic resources of an organization (company, institution, association, etc.), human capital in the new information society replacing financial capital as a strategic resource
. They are unique in terms of their potentialel growth and development in their ability to meet and exceed their limits.
The success of an organization, the competitiveness of it, start from the premise that people are the most valuable asset of the organization.
Human resources is a great human potential to be understood, motivated and fully involved sooner in the organization's objectives. For this, the human resources management decisions have always adapted and personality traits of employees. In traditional theories of the firm, employees were seen in the light of how disciplined executed certain predetermined operations or meet certain activities.
So took shape concepts as "work force", defines all physical and intellectual skills used by employees at work. These concepts (labor, mine work) use the singular defining all the mass of employees, without making reference to employees as individuals with persoalitate, needs, behavior, education, experience and specific values. |
